DISCLOSURE: I did use generative AI on one asset - fred the freedom fighting prawn. whilst i hand edited it into a sprite sheet, his idle stance is the product of generative AI. This was due to it being a student project and a lack of budget, knowledge and talent, as well as a lack of prawn game assets.
If you or anyone you know wants to make me a prawn asset, hit me up! i'd love to release a v2.0 with no generative AI elements at all!
